How does QuiPair work?

Ans: QuiPair provides on the spot mobile repair service at your convenient time and place. We also provide pick up service wherein our field executive will pick up and deliver the phone after repairs. To place your order, you just need to visit our website You will get price quote once you give details of your phone and defects. You can place service request on our website itself. Our customer service executive will call you back and confirm the order with expected time of servicing.

What isQuiPair working hours?

Ans: We work 7 days a week between 10 am to 7 pm.

Can I cancel or modify the order?

Ans: If you wish to modify your order, please call our Customer Service at 7622001665 or email us at We will do our best to accommodate your changes. For cancellation, please inform at least 3 hours in advance after that a charge of 20% of the estimated cost will be applicable.


We strive to deliver the repaired phone back to you within 24 hours. However, in some cases, due to spare unavailability, it could take longer. We will keep you informed in such cases, and you can choose to cancel the job if you really need the device back!

What happens to my phone once it is picked up?

You receive a SMS & email confirmation once your mobile has been picked. Your phone is then dispatched to our workshop where it is diagnosed and repaired

Does QuiPair use original parts?

Ans: Only the device manufacturer’s authorized service provider can claim their parts as original. QuiPair uses 100% genuine parts. The functionality and sensitivity of the parts are as per with the original parts.

Does QuiPair provide service warranty?

Ans: QuiPair provides 90 days of warranty on the parts replaced. The warranty covers defects not owing to subsequent physical damage by customer or by any other reason.

How can I claim the warranty on the parts replaced by

Ans: If you are having some issues with the parts we have replaced you just need to contact us at our customer care helpline number7622001665. We will arrange the needful as soon as possible.

What is not covered under warranty?

Ans: After QuiPair Specialist repairs the device, the warranty does not protect against: Subsequent mishandling that causes the frame to bend, twist, or crack

  • • Subsequent accidental or purposeful drops
  • • Water damage
  • • Tampering with internal hardware
  • • Damage resulting from attempted customer self-repairs
  • • Software issues unrelated to the repair
  • • Jail-broken devices
  • • New damages unrelated to the original repair
  • • Any loss of data occurring as a result of the repair – customers is advised to back up all data prior to repair attempt.

Our warranty also does not cover the outcome of a repair if certain pre-repair conditions exist, including:

  • • Existence of known manufacturing and/or performance issues related to the device separate from the repair, as noted prior to the repair
  • • Existence of damage to the frame of device, as noted prior to the repair
  • • Water damage
  • • Jail-broken devices
  • • Tampering with internal hardware: under certain conditions, internal damage may make a repair impossible. Our Specialist will be able to explain in further detail upon diagnosing your specific device. If in doubt, we recommend that you do not attempt to repair on your own, as any damage may affect the reparability of your device.
  • • The warranty is valid only for the specific device repaired and the original customer; it is not transferable across devices or if the device is sold or given to another individual.

How can I make payment?

Ans: You can make payment via cash, Paytm, PayUmoney or online after the repair is completed.

When do I pay?

You can pay when the device will be delivered to you.
